Terms of service The website www.fullfashion.gr includes the online store of the company Margaritis Margaritis with the distinctive title "Fullfashion" (hereinafter referred to as the distinctive title). The specific online store (e-shop) enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed immediately about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases electronically. Shipping policy The order will be delivered to you with the information you have given us in 1 to 4 working days. Shipments are made daily except holidays. Please write your landline and mobile phone in the order form as well as the name on the bell. Your order is sent with the services of ACS and ELTA. The cost of shipping is 5 euros for all of Greece. The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, if he is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if he has reached the age of eighteen and is not in legal assistance regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The company "Fullfashion" reserves the right to demand the return by the supervisor or guardian of any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons. Refund policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
